COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon AS-D013-200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Oxford-Applied-Research products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Techniques product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Oxford-Applied-Research such as the ATM103 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASS911001 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AXIMA060D000 by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand CJ1WOD211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as AUD116 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CJ1MCPU12CJ1MCPU12 made by Omron as well as the popular CLV4801010S01 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BN634A638G52 by Mitsubishi and AUD116 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CLS901W11RK119 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pulsar. |
