COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon AS-9003-821 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beckhoff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the C200HWBC081V1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C62401042 manufactured by Beckhoff and we are pleased to be able to service most Beckhoff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM150DC124NFM by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Andover-Continuum Brand B4920 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as CLX4900010 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C1000HCPU01E2V1 made by Omron as well as the popular BX40 original spares produced by Autronica Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C500ID215 by Omron and CLX4900010 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CL6003X1A3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount. |
