COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon AS-506P-005 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Berkeley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fisher-Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the C200HDA002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Bam232t manufactured by Berkeley and we are pleased to be able to service most Berkeley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CL6922X1KA3P12 by Manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand C200H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as B10139 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMRF7U40221E made by Yaskawa as well as the popular C120FCPUA42FCPUA4 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM150TU12F by Mitsubishi and B10139 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C500SNT31V3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
