COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon AS-500P-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the ERJH7200D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPA07349 manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JS1003FN001 by Manufacturer Nsk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Moog Brand D8000184ABETMS1RKHNCW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as 19112801 equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CP1HX40DTDPLC made by Omron as well as the popular PCD15TA17PCD15TA17 original spares produced by Oriental-Motor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GS20004LB1H3CL3 by Numatics and 19112801 spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ACR88DWT20H2KW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
