COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon AM-M907-122 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Total-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the BLM81000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CQPI31200C2PA manufactured by Total-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Total-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BE187TE1EA1JD0N5F by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Curtiss-wright Brand CHAMPFX2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mclean such as CR290426G027 equipment made by Mclean have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mclean products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mclean" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800HAIA1E1D made by Ge as well as the popular AOJ2HCPUR21 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS200SHVMG1A by Ge and CR290426G027 spares by Mclean are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPS120480YSM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer. |
