COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon AM-C996-802 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Horizon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Horizon such as the CJL3400EF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AS584L131 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASBDAU204 by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand C200HBC081V2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as ASB239001 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B3650000010 made by Standard-Radio as well as the popular AV2V50100D original spares produced by Gould Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CEU2 by Smc and ASB239001 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AS9003821 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
