COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the M&j Tooling SD7444 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mj-Tooling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mj-Tooling such as the SD2368 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RX130HR1200 manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RF40DT71D4BMG05HF by Manufacturer Eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand R47DT71D4BHG05HF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pds-Colombo such as RCE1102 equipment made by Pds-Colombo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pds-Colombo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pds-Colombo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R77DT80N4BH61HRNN07CRA1B made by Sew as well as the popular R88MG05030H original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SBO014PCA by Sterling and RCE1102 spares by Pds-Colombo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S180100SA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nippon. |
