COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the M&j Tooling SD7430 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Autotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bayside parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Autotech such as the SACRL220G01DC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RA60003 manufactured by Bayside and we are pleased to be able to service most Bayside systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S933A by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mj-Tooling Brand SD3012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pacific-Scientific such as R45GNAR2NSNV00 equipment made by Pacific-Scientific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pacific-Scientific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pacific-Scientific" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R46HENAR2NSNV02 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular R580BT002EL2Z original spares produced by Sanyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SA37DT80K4 by Sew and R45GNAR2NSNV00 spares by Pacific-Scientific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R23GENAR1NSVS01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific. |
