COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the M&j Tooling SD5881 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Minco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Epsilon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mst product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Minco such as the CT124PD1C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the optoNCDT1800 manufactured by Micro-Epsilon and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Epsilon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PN96025100 by Manufacturer Mst as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mettler Brand TB600363E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mettler such as 13136900C equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SBA45K made by Mettler as well as the popular HF3H026N original spares produced by Magnetek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CT124 by Minco and 13136900C spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IFT9701R6N3URR025S319NIAUEZZZZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Motion. |
