COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the M&j Tooling SD2399 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Century parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ragonot product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the R911307944 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC182 manufactured by Century and we are pleased to be able to service most Century systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SB4004M11112Z by Manufacturer Ragonot as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kearfott Brand RS9313A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pacific-Scientific such as PMB31D2011400 equipment made by Pacific-Scientific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pacific-Scientific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pacific-Scientific" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R27DT90L4 made by Sew as well as the popular RH14B3002E100ALVISPA1544 original spares produced by Harmonic-Drive-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S74DR00P010 by Modicon and PMB31D2011400 spares by Pacific-Scientific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R911299914 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
