COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the M&j Tooling SD1195 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mercoid products, including obsoleted and phased-out Matrox parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Madison product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mercoid such as the 40103R6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ILMPROCND2MB manufactured by Matrox and we are pleased to be able to service most Matrox systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M560278086 by Manufacturer Madison as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mks Brand 102AA00100AB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mencom such as JDC24P216C050 equipment made by Mencom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mencom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mencom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MRA1A1E14D0U02000E made by Mts as well as the popular 710224XP original spares produced by Msa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FIS63003009G by Microscan and JDC24P216C050 spares by Mencom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 923AA3IMA7TL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microswitch. |
