COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi QD77MS16 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rietschle product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the RYS201S3LSSZ49 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RHO30XR manufactured by Bosch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGP1602 by Manufacturer Rietschle as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand S42024C3013A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westinghouse such as TAP363 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RVC2500 made by Celio as well as the popular RIM131 original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 77344 by 3e-Electronic and TAP363 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R81024T022LD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Northstar-Technologies. |
