COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi PCB-E006A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Potter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Potter such as the SC11DC24V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XPSAK311144 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PZE724VDC6S10 by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 3TK28020AC2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Samtec such as SMS11001SS equipment made by Samtec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Samtec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Samtec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ARD15112 made by Nais as well as the popular 777304 original spares produced by Pilz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LR97D07M7 by Schneider and SMS11001SS spares by Samtec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0787EX1ACA6X75850211 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schweitzer. |
