COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi MR-RB12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Shindengen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Shindengen such as the SDC02150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DA0D020DL67S00 manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPA03208 by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rorze Brand RDA051 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tb such as D1C0020 equipment made by Tb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FP0C32CT made by Nais as well as the popular SC90200101 original spares produced by Pacific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6SN11110AA000BA0 by Siemens and D1C0020 spares by Tb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1FT30356AZ999Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
