COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi MR-J2S-200B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Panasonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Panasonic such as the MDM402D2C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD112DN030N2L130PB0 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPLB520KMK74AA by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand MPLB310PMJ24AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Torque-Systems such as ME3528482C equipment made by Torque-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Torque-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Torque-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD065BN040N2M095PB0 made by Indramat as well as the popular MDD112DN015N2M130PB1 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPLA430HSJ22AA by Allen-Bradley and ME3528482C spares by Torque-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPLA4530FSK22AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
