COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi MR-J2-100CT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pmc-133 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Techno parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pmc-133 such as the PMC133 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KR5M manufactured by Techno and we are pleased to be able to service most Techno systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RBB2C101 by Manufacturer Sanyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Samsung Brand CPL7740 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Panasonic such as MSDA5A3A1A equipment made by Panasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panasonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2422101 made by Phd as well as the popular MRRB12 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3180PI125 by Superior and MSDA5A3A1A spares by Panasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3G3JVA2007 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
