COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi MMCCIIIA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Opti-Mate product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the NS5MQ10BV2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PM16A1XA3 manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OP620 by Manufacturer Opti-Mate as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iss-1 Brand QAO075400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ac-Autotech-Controls such as SACM1950010 equipment made by Ac-Autotech-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ac-Autotech-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ac-Autotech-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NSCA001 made by Omron as well as the popular PZM028 original spares produced by Makino Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P2799IR06169A by Computer-Boards and SACM1950010 spares by Ac-Autotech-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MON4614 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron. |
