COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi MELDAS-YT3B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Morse-Sealmaster products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moore parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mosier product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Morse-Sealmaster such as the MSFPD7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A5E0027442 manufactured by Moore and we are pleased to be able to service most Moore systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EJ0455A111 by Manufacturer Mosier as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitutoyo Brand S744A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Monitech such as MDT962 equipment made by Monitech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Monitech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Monitech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1635352 made by Moore as well as the popular 382EA21F1N original spares produced by Moore Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRJ4500BRJ010 by Mitsubishi and MDT962 spares by Monitech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRJ3200BNEB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
