COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi MDS-DH2-CV-550 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ams-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out B--B-Electrinics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aeg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ams-Controls such as the MP304CL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NT43EXS2CP60MARCPSA2PE82PA42 manufactured by B--B-Electrinics and we are pleased to be able to service most B--B-Electrinics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MTL50036 by Manufacturer Aeg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand MMPMC2400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grace-Engineered-Products such as PE5M4RF15 equipment made by Grace-Engineered-Products have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grace-Engineered-Products products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grace-Engineered-Products" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OCXCTN13DST made by Phoenix-Digital as well as the popular MG300Q2YS43 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCE984785 by Modicon and PE5M4RF15 spares by Grace-Engineered-Products are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MHD112B024PP1BN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
