COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi MC446B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ixys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ixys such as the MUBW2512A7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NT30CST141B manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPLB330PMJ22AA by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ixys Brand MCD13208IO1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as PCA984130 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPASB60302V20S2A made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular PAH15016CF original spares produced by Niec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P0926KW by Foxboro and PCA984130 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MMPM21400C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
