COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi MC031D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ormec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ormec such as the ORN70CFEHS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD115AN030N2M130GA1 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MIG400J101H by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD112DN040N2M130PB0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fore-Systems such as PCBS0526 equipment made by Fore-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fore-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fore-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NCL361200 made by Square-D as well as the popular NAV2001111 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MHD112B024PP1BN by Indramat and PCBS0526 spares by Fore-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MWS200R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitac. |
