COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi J2-Q04A-D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mtl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Curtis-Wright parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delta-Computer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mtl such as the MA15D2SI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MM6171 manufactured by Curtis-Wright and we are pleased to be able to service most Curtis-Wright systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KJ1501X1BK1 by Manufacturer Delta-Computer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand LC36400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mi2 such as MICRO5000 equipment made by Mi2 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mi2 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mi2" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MC841 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular MDD112BN020N2L130PB0 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPLB430PMK22AA by Allen-Bradley and MICRO5000 spares by Mi2 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC071C0JS4C095A0W1504LVS001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
