COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi HC-MF-43K-UE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnet-schultz products, including obsoleted and phased-out National parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnet-schultz such as the GDAY075X20B77 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EMDL29 manufactured by National and we are pleased to be able to service most National systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FBSMG011 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand HAME73K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Atlas-Copco such as EP11513162A3BB equipment made by Atlas-Copco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atlas-Copco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atlas-Copco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F43HENAR4NSNV00 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular HCKFS73B original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GE2020S1 by Baldor and EP11513162A3BB spares by Atlas-Copco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G1220DK84200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eberhard-Bauer. |
