COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi HA 200NCS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mabuchi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Diehl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the E820795 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FF180SH4026 manufactured by Mabuchi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mabuchi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FPE49581 by Manufacturer Diehl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand EE3287111135 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as GPP7454 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FPW690S18 made by Oriental as well as the popular FAST2V40101702H1 original spares produced by Moog Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G12018500 by Leeson and GPP7454 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F43HENAR4NSNV00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific. |
