COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi GT1685M-STBA & GT15-75ABUSL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Uniop products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ann-Arbor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ormec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Uniop such as the MD00G04A845 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the INX7TTC366TFT manufactured by Ann-Arbor and we are pleased to be able to service most Ann-Arbor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMI8150 by Manufacturer Ormec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Okuma Brand KBDCPXDOSV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Contec such as IPCBXM10DC54JIPCPOA100SH equipment made by Contec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Contec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Contec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IWS1834004 made by Unico as well as the popular MPCGoldSeries original spares produced by Heat-Timer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the J230170574141RREV09 by Reliance and IPCBXM10DC54JIPCPOA100SH spares by Contec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC754CSX06CTD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
