COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi GT1675M-VTBD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Christensen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ann-Arbor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Monitech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Christensen such as the LS12TSSA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IXM6TTTFT manufactured by Ann-Arbor and we are pleased to be able to service most Ann-Arbor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ML121CT8035 by Manufacturer Monitech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rs2-Technologies Brand MR16IN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tosoku such as HC115 equipment made by Tosoku have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tosoku products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tosoku" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K3TSSD11B made by Omron as well as the popular H220100100000 original spares produced by Dynapar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MR100 by Mastertrace and HC115 spares by Tosoku are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC754VSI06MTDKH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
