COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi GT1665HS-VTBD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Komatsu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Komatsu such as the KDP3640ECA21GF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the INFBA3612020 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JEPMCEX200 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand MSDIS1500D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cyber-Research such as MRAE18 equipment made by Cyber-Research have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cyber-Research products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cyber-Research" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MMPMC3100 made by Modicon as well as the popular MAC5000520 original spares produced by Beijer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC600KD510B by Ge and MRAE18 spares by Cyber-Research are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HE5000CS300H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Horner. |
