COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi GT1575-VTBD & GT15-J75QBUSL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hope products, including obsoleted and phased-out Entrelec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hope such as the HISML15STAG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the INF120 manufactured by Entrelec and we are pleased to be able to service most Entrelec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMPMC2300 by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Idec Brand HG2ASS22CF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Horner such as HELX300C100AA equipment made by Horner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Horner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Horner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JZNCUMPB02E made by Yaskawa as well as the popular M13004422R0 original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HE693OIU900 by Ge and HELX300C100AA spares by Horner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GT15RS49S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
