COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi GT1575-VTBD & GT15-J71E71-100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stanley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGM7J04AFC6ESGD7S2R8A00A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGALPHA202001 manufactured by Stanley and we are pleased to be able to service most Stanley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6AV66420DA011AX1 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGM7J01AFC6ESGD7SR90A00A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6SE70900XX840AF0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ITM5117 made by Advantech as well as the popular IKTU40D3CCD original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6FC55000AA111AA0 by Siemens and 6SE70900XX840AF0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPCST21NAJ20T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
