COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi GT1575-VTBD / GT15-J75QBUSL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the NT20MFK210 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT150 manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XBTK70101T by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGDV780A01A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bowe such as 239980AE53365 equipment made by Bowe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bowe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bowe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2711PT12C4D8A made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular SA102A original spares produced by Samkoon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP377SC1124V by Proface and 239980AE53365 spares by Bowe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original X531800300001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
