COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi GOT1000 GT1030-HBD2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Black-Box products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sealevel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Black-Box such as the VideoRS232 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2711K10G92711K10G9L1 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8206 by Manufacturer Sealevel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand XBTF024110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ixys such as MCC31012 equipment made by Ixys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ixys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ixys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NT20SST121ECV3 made by Omron as well as the popular VLB20100 original spares produced by Schenck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAP460C240B by Maple-Systems and MCC31012 spares by Ixys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8000DD0B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cybertouch-Apogee-One. |
