COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi FXos-14MR-ES/UL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Moog products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trend parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Exlar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Moog such as the G6313806B5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IQ3XCITE128USULBAC24 manufactured by Trend and we are pleased to be able to service most Trend systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GS2006010DMAR2L6 by Manufacturer Exlar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand ISM140310 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Giddings--Lewis such as GiddingsLewisPiC900SERCOS5020394410R4 equipment made by Giddings--Lewis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Giddings--Lewis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Giddings--Lewis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IMPCC01 made by Abb as well as the popular IC693MDL930E original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC2800Y106T7CT by Ge and GiddingsLewisPiC900SERCOS5020394410R4 spares by Giddings--Lewis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HS860B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Datalogic. |
