COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi FX2n parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the FX4120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JANCDCP0604 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDV21100220300220 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand HMS011NW150A07NNNN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Boser such as HS2606650MHz equipment made by Boser have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boser products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boser" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP10E9ST34350B1 made by Saftonics as well as the popular GMBHFSV4I015A original spares produced by Wittur Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IS561300 by Cognex and HS2606650MHz spares by Boser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G32AA420 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
