COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi FX2N-64MR-ES/UL, MELSEC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Andover-Continuum parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 North-American-Mfg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the IC3600LINB1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the I2850 manufactured by Andover-Continuum and we are pleased to be able to service most Andover-Continuum systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H37012024 by Manufacturer North-American-Mfg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand ISS54001000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron such as IWS2523 equipment made by Nematron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IS560000 made by Cognex as well as the popular KG4266 original spares produced by Seifert-Mtm-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HCMAESTROA by B--B-Electrinics and IWS2523 spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G0113CV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro. |
