COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi FX2N-48MR-001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weinview products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hitech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weinview such as the MT8050iv2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DPC321 manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PWS6800CN by Manufacturer Hitech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Unitronics Brand M912R2C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unitronics such as V35035TA24 equipment made by Unitronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unitronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unitronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DCSAC800FmoduleFI830F made by Abb as well as the popular 6SE70900XX843DB1 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PT12C4A8A by Allen-Bradley and V35035TA24 spares by Unitronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TGA63ET Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xinje. |
