COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi FX2N-32MR-ES/UL, MELSEC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weidmuller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hes parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Litton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weidmuller such as the G1280001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HS205053 manufactured by Hes and we are pleased to be able to service most Hes systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature I237202 by Manufacturer Litton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC695CPU320 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl-Fuchs such as IRIKHD24RX equipment made by Pepperl-Fuchs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl-Fuchs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl-Fuchs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IN378500160 made by Integral-Technologies as well as the popular INIIT03 original spares produced by Bailey Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP470EG11 by Proface and IRIKHD24RX spares by Pepperl-Fuchs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ILKLC15000102 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
