COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi FR-A740-00440-NA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Andover-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bonitron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the JANCDMB212 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the I2920 manufactured by Andover-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Andover-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M3452C600 by Manufacturer Bonitron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-Fanuc Brand IC800SSI104D2CE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Murata such as MMLOD2202 equipment made by Murata have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Murata products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Murata" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPCST21NAJ10T made by Square-D as well as the popular K10C20L1 original spares produced by Allen-bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCR640001A00000 by Barber-Colman and MMLOD2202 spares by Murata are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HM579TSM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Helm. |
