COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi FCA635LNYD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Horner-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the IC600YB814B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HP200 manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HE697BEM600 by Manufacturer Horner-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC693ALG220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as IRB140M20003HNE0031313HAB81012 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available I237202 made by Litton as well as the popular IC698CPE010AA original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JANCDCG26HDF8202775C0 by Yaskawa and IRB140M20003HNE0031313HAB81012 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HLD3600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
