COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi F930GOT-BWD-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Litton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Spang product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the GE462000071501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the I237202 manufactured by Litton and we are pleased to be able to service most Litton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HA2Z1130023 by Manufacturer Spang as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Foxboro Brand G0113CV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Zebra such as G43012M equipment made by Zebra have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Zebra products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Zebra" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC600LX616L made by Fanuc as well as the popular GN3402 original spares produced by Ormec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HE693OIU910A by Horner and G43012M spares by Zebra are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FN3359HV40099 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schaffner. |
