COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi F-20ET-USS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magne parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the FRA54022KNA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GPD506VB041 manufactured by Magne and we are pleased to be able to service most Magne systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC3600AVIA1L by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand H160CA63X40C100VFCIF13350 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Iq-Automation such as FK150SDRFDCSG equipment made by Iq-Automation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iq-Automation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iq-Automation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FP1600 made by National as well as the popular GTM100NN2020CNN05SA021 original spares produced by Bosch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600KRSS1A by Ge and FK150SDRFDCSG spares by Iq-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HNF364R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
