COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi DWG Z636837 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micos products, including obsoleted and phased-out Daito-Mfg.-Co. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micos such as the DT80 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DTMT120110 manufactured by Daito-Mfg.-Co. and we are pleased to be able to service most Daito-Mfg.-Co. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CWP15 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo Brand DC11T021 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gould such as CGX44R equipment made by Gould have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gould products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gould" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DFT71C43 made by Sew as well as the popular C6T17FC1G original spares produced by Leeson-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DT90L6BMG2HF by Sew and CGX44R spares by Gould are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CHA52FT80A4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motovario. |
