COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi CM50DY-24E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yokogawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the D7DBA15STA1XXX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DR24112231WA4S17 manufactured by Yokogawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yokogawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM800HUS12H by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Watlow Brand DC2C4024K2S0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Watlow such as DC2360S5H000 equipment made by Watlow have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Watlow products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Watlow" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DR100RE30A40NDCD made by Amc as well as the popular DS3800HCMB original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DD600S17K6B2 by Eupec and DC2360S5H000 spares by Watlow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DME3000111P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
