COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi CM300DY-24A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brad-Harrison parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Watlow product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the DS215UPLAG1BZZ01A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DN3020 manufactured by Brad-Harrison and we are pleased to be able to service most Brad-Harrison systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature dpac by Manufacturer Watlow as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand DDS031W030DS0102FW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ronan such as DET7471024 equipment made by Ronan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ronan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ronan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CP15TD124A made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular DDM019X original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DPX2000 by Domino and DET7471024 spares by Ronan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DR45AT111100001030NP000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
