COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi BKO-NC6800-H71 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ampro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pyrotronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the CCIB03512 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CM3P5iQ76 manufactured by Ampro and we are pleased to be able to service most Ampro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EL410D by Manufacturer Pyrotronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS3820LCCA1G1C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Scientific-Columbus such as DL342K5A26070 equipment made by Scientific-Columbus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Scientific-Columbus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Scientific-Columbus" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CR115E723101 made by Ge as well as the popular CP45111 original spares produced by Yokogawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ECF15CD0002 by Antek and DL342K5A26070 spares by Scientific-Columbus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CACRPR03BC3BMY90 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
