COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi AY11-UL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Goodsky parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsd-Varilimit product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the G3PE545B3N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RWHSH112D manufactured by Goodsky and we are pleased to be able to service most Goodsky systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VS10EM1 by Manufacturer Nsd-Varilimit as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand 751111 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schweitzer such as 0501203X561PXB equipment made by Schweitzer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schweitzer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schweitzer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 48DC38AA4 made by Siemens as well as the popular UM8RELSI21145604258 original spares produced by Phoenix Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D81042766211RY by Reliance and 0501203X561PXB spares by Schweitzer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6DD16410AC0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
