COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi A9GT-QBUS2SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sharp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tork parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sharp such as the ZW100PU1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W302L manufactured by Tork and we are pleased to be able to service most Tork systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASB350001 by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Phoenix-Contact Brand IBSRT24DI32T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Power-Measurement such as P7300A0B0B0E0A0A equipment made by Power-Measurement have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Power-Measurement products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Power-Measurement" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 315847 made by Unico as well as the popular 6GK56020BA102AA3 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CQM1TC001 by Omron and P7300A0B0B0E0A0A spares by Power-Measurement are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C500OC221 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
