COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi A9GT-BUSS A9GTBUSS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phoenix-Contact products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force-Computer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beckhoff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Phoenix-Contact such as the DVGOPC5315032BCJ00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CPU5TE32852SPARC manufactured by Force-Computer and we are pleased to be able to service most Force-Computer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP660900010000 by Manufacturer Beckhoff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has No-Data Brand CTA041B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mettler such as BATCHCONTROLLER equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ECONCC100A22178 made by Keba as well as the popular ARNI889E132N3A2276EG82P4289 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AHM617533 by Aplex and BATCHCONTROLLER spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BF200T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bosch. |
