COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi A9GT-BUS2S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gelm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gelm such as the ABF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CTIU110M001 manufactured by Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AGP3300HL1D24RED by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thayer Brand D36566C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trane such as BTU000AAAS4401111000200 equipment made by Trane have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trane products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trane" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DLC506P2 made by Process-Technology as well as the popular CENTRUM2000 original spares produced by Weidemann Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CX150 by Paradigm and BTU000AAAS4401111000200 spares by Trane are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CQPM3D200B2PA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Total-Control. |
