COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi A985GOT-TBD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Comap products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aplex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Comap such as the ComApInteliGenIGPclsm spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C200HBP001 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AHM6080P1 by Manufacturer Aplex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand AJ65BTRPI10A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aplex such as APC3280T12 equipment made by Aplex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aplex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aplex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D100PG10A made by Eaton as well as the popular E300 original spares produced by Beijer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the cm0881 by Sat-Automation-Bc-1703 and APC3280T12 spares by Aplex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E1032Beijer Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beijer. |
