COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi A951GOT-QLBD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leutert products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kearney--Trecker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ctc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leutert such as the DPI2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASSY140010600RevC manufactured by Kearney--Trecker and we are pleased to be able to service most Kearney--Trecker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACCESS4000ACR3020 by Manufacturer Ctc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Morbidelli Brand CONTRTRIA7500VXA510STC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bowe such as B19SE734006 equipment made by Bowe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bowe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bowe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CP02F026145 made by Uniop as well as the popular DSJ0024 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DCN92598 by Emerson and B19SE734006 spares by Bowe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ER16TD0045 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Uniop. |
